Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

Ruth I Johnson: she got this from the "cheese product, Cheez Whiz." The meal is cheap, easy and a no-brainer. Not exactly organic, but it is meatless.
Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to between 300 and 350 degrees F.
Use a baking dish to cook this in.

2 packages of frozen cauliflower
2 packages of frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
(Mix these together)

1 can prepared onion rings
1 small jar "Cheese Whiz"

Put frozen vegetables in a baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over the them.
Put 1 can onion rings on top.
Put in oven at 300-350 degrees F until hot.
This casserole is extremely salty but easy to throw together if you're very busy
(esp in the pre-microwave era).
In my little world of back-up meals, this recipe became a fixture. (Children usually eat it without too much complaining.)
