Walnut Bread

Walnut Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan.

3 c sifted flour
1 c sugar
4 tsps. baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt
1 c chopped walnuts
1 egg
1 c milk

~Combine first 4 ingredients and sift into bowl.
~ Separately, beat the egg with a fork then add the milk
~ Stir this combination into the flour mixture and beat together until blended.
~ Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees F for 60-70 minutes.
